Tankage Engineering

Tankage engineering, from the concept design to procurement of material and construction and commissioning, is one of the main activity carried out by Audex Group.

Fabrication

Audex Group’s fabrication shop is certified by ASME with U, U2, A, S and PP stamps. Fabrication Services include Design, manufacturing and testing of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, skid mounted oil & gas processing units. Our fabrication shop is capable of the following

Design, Engineering and fabrication of Process skids like Metering skids, Pressure Reduction Skid, Odorizer Skid, Filter Skid, H2S Scrubber Skid.
Design, engineering and fabrication of piping and structural works.
Design, Engineering and Rerating of Storage Tanks.
Calculations and recommendations for repairs.
Alterations/replacement of existing storage tanks and storage tank components.
Ability to perform multiple welding processes with qualified welders and also capable of automatic welding machine operations.

Pipeline & Plant Maintenance

Audex Group provides operation and maintenance of existing Assets of operating companies. Dedicated maintenance teams are enhanced with the necessary equipment and can be mobilized immediately as per client needs. They handle both breakdown and routine maintenance along with the maintenance of pipelines and process plants.
